Overview
Intuit’s Office-of-the-CTO is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) 1 to provide seamless administrative support.
This role will report into the Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to the CTO and will provide back up support for the Tech Senior EABPs.
Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
Manage the Tech Tuesday op mechs calendar and collaborates with internal drivers of Tech Tuesday meetings.
Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature and provides assistance on special administrative projects.
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings.
Works on problems of diverse scope where both analyses of data and judgment is required.
What you'll bring
Minimum of 5 years working at the Executive administrative level, preferably supporting senior staff members
Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100%
Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions; energized by challenges

Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications and Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and office equipment are essential
Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical
Ability to format high level presentations and database applications
How you will lead
Manage complex and detailed calendars
Travel coordination and arrangements
Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other EABPs and business partners
Plan and support meetings, events/offsites and team motivation
Ability to tame organized chaos while remaining calm and composed
Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to always exercise proper judgment
Be trustworthy and able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
Managing and reconciling expense reports
Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists
Takes initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes
Provide timely response to emails, voice-mails, and written correspondence on behalf of manager.
Budget reports tracked and reconciled with department spending; manager informed
Liaison to corporate offices and/or other business units/functional groups
