As of now, there is one room available in a 3-bedroom apartment.
A master bedroom with private bathroom may also be available soon.
The kitchen is open usage as well as the living room and hall closet.
I ask that you keep things clean and orderly.
Details:7-minute walk to SJCC, 20 min walk to Parkmoor Plaza (24 Fitness, Foodmax, and gas station) Rent: $1150: Covers water, trash and electricity.
Due 3 days before the 1st for processing Parking: Street side parking.
Laundry: Coin or app pay.
Located downstairs with 24 hour usage Utilities: Internet and gas are split 3 ways Guests: No one can stay with you for free.
No guests over 10 days in a month I hope we can be a good fit for each other.
