These ShoreTel Mitel IP480 Phones have been converted ( and provisioned) to work with RingCentral.
The screen buttons along with all function buttons have been specifically programmed for the RingCentral system.
These can no longer work on the ShoreTel/Mitel system with this firmware upgrade that was done to them.
