Some folks may refer to this as a blast freezer or blast chiller.
This high-quality commercial unit was purchased in late 2022 for full price from Emery Thompson.
The reason for sale? We had to close our business.
We also have an Emery Thompson batch freezer, classic Cushman ice cream scooter, commercial water filter, and a roomful of equipment and supplies about to be listed.
This cabinet operates on 1-Phase, 115 Volt, 60 Cycle power and boasts a sleek Stainless Steel Case Back.
It requires two plugs.
It was manufactured by Victory Refrigeration in Winston-Salem, NC, a company known for its excellent craftsmanship and durability.
