A Child Care Assistant with a focus on Special Needs plays a crucial role in providing support and care to children who have special needs or disabilities.
This job involves working closely with children, their families, and other professionals to ensure that each child receives the appropriate care, support, and educational opportunities.
*Qualifications:* * High school diploma Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
* Background screening and clearance.
* Current driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.
* Ability to work one on one with the clients or child in their home.
* Ability to work with children with severe behavioral challenges or developmental disorders is highly desirable.
Or willing to learn and train.
* Attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Well organized, flexible, and open to hearing feedback.
* COVID Vaccination.
