_*A bit about us: *_ We both work in tech (in A.
I.
) and this is our first child! We are big on schedules.
My husband does coding in his free time, and I like movies, hanging out with friends, and going for walks.

No worries if you are not a rodent lover; we don’t need any pet care.
We’re an organized, communicative, and caring family! _*A bit about you: *_ You are experienced in caring one-on-one with newborns, gentle, kind, and reassuring! You’d describe yourself as a night owl and a baby whisperer…maybe a mom whisperer too.
You’re comfortable working as a night nanny and having close interactions with moms as they navigate breastfeeding/pumping, etc.
You’re easy-going, proactive, intuitive, and caring.
You take great pride in the nurturing care you provide to both infants and new moms who are trying to get a good night’s rest.

*Position Highlights*: · Some PTO and Sick Pay · Paid Holiday: July 4th · No pet care · No driving required · Home is within walking distance to Cal-train · No cooking unless the 2a-10a schedule is your preferred schedule · Mostly childcare/new mom care *Qualifications*: You have a minimum of 2 years of fairly recent experience as a newborn/infant nanny (0-3 months) and/or experience as a night nanny, doula, or post-partum nanny, excellent references, and are willing to do a background screen (and a drug screen if requested).
You would be comfortable working with a mildly ill baby.
You are well-versed in sleep training.
