Summer Camp Instructor

*Job Overview:* We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Instructor.
As a Camp Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and create memorable experiences in a fun and safe camp environment.
*Duties:* * Learn and teach Code Ninjas’ game curriculum for summer camp * Work with children (aka Ninjas) on their belt curriculum & teach group sessions * Create a positive, safe, and fun environment in which student can grow * Develop/modify STEM activities to support belt and camp curriculum * Follow opening/closing and cleaning duties daily * Summer camps are run from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm *Experience*: * Experience working with children ages 5 and up (1 year – Required) * Computer programming experience (1 year – Preferred) * Enthusiastic about working with kids; mentoring and teaching * Patient, kind, and understanding * Works well with others; collaborates and takes pride in their work * Upbeat and fun individual with a passion for technology and learning * Knowledgeable about coding and technology * Ability to work in-person in Evergreen area, San Jose CA.
