*CA State Specific Guidelines for the Role:*
_Fully Qualified Teacher_
* 12 core semester units in early childhood education/development
* 6 months experience in a licensed childcare center or comparable group child care program
* 6 completed semester units in ECE and enrolled in at least 2 units at a college until fully qualified
*Or*
* A bachelor's degree in any field
*Assistant Teacher*
* 18 years old, H.
S diploma or GED
