Summer Camp Art Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Art Teacher to join our team.
As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for educating and inspiring children in various art forms.

Responsibilities: - Follow the Drawn2Art method of teaching and approaching art projects - Teach children various art techniques, including drawing, painting, and sculpting - Set up and clean up for camp each day - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide encouraging feedback - Collaborate with other teachers and staff Skills: - Experience working with children is preferred but not required - Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process - Strong skills in traditional (non-digital) arts - preferably drawing, painting, clay work - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment -Available in April/May for training in person, and available for a full week of teaching at a time Submit a current resume and portfolio with your application.
