Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of the child and try to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children in their homes (we provide video/online training if needed).
Sometimes parents are even at home but like to work behind closed doors and just need extra help to watch their child or children.
Implement established routines and schedules as provided by parents or guardians.
Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
Arrive on time and show up to the schedule that you have committed to.
Qualifications:
Being over 18 years old.
Hold US social security ( No Cash Pay)
Prior experience in babysitting, childcare, or related roles is preferred but not required.
Passion for working with children or being around them.
You can choose the age range of children you like to babysit.
Have a clean background
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Completion of CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it by taking 30-minute online class).
Successful completion of a thorough background check that we do it all online.
Pass the interview
We are hiring anyone who lives in these cities or could commute to these cities: All South Bay( San Jose, Moutain View, Santa Clara, Los Gatos).
All San Mateo county cities including San Francisco and East Bay cities: Fremont, Union City, & Pleasanton.
