Classes are on Sunday mornings at 8:45 AM and Monday nights at 7:30 PM!

About Helen:
Helen has been practicing yoga since 2012, including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Bikram, Hatha, etc.
She is an RYT 200-hour registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and got her teacher training through YogaWorks with Olivia Barry, Birgitte Kristen, and Ana Hernandez.
She believes that yoga is for the body and the mind.
She always finds her peace and recharges herself on the mat.
