Join our gentle prenatal-friendly slow vinyasa yoga class with Helen! This class is perfect for expecting mothers and regular practitioners alike, offering a mindful and nurturing experience for all participants.

Classes are on Sunday mornings at 8:45 AM and Monday nights at 7:30 PM!
The class will focus on cultivating inner peace, connecting with your breath, and honoring the present moment.

About Helen:
Helen has been practicing yoga since 2012, including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Bikram, Hatha, etc.
She is an RYT 200-hour registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and got her teacher training through YogaWorks with Olivia Barry, Birgitte Kristen, and Ana Hernandez.
She believes that yoga is for the body and the mind.
She always finds her peace and recharges herself on the mat.
