We have a studio to share in the main Alameda Artworks bldg
Alameda Artworks is community of artists located in 3 bldgs with over 30 creative individuals
There are joint shows, dedicated gallery space and co marketing thru social media
Studio is approx 24x22, upstairs which is quiet & private, w shared kitchen & bathroom areas.
Overhead skylight offers great lighting for artists, storage are in back of studio with doors to close it off.
Internet included, high speed available at extra cost, utilities are $50 for general use
This is a work only space, not for overnight use or any living situation
Its not suited or zoned for appt based applications ie hair, nails, massage, therapy, music lessons, etc
The studio is also not tall enough for typical studio photography
Bldg has plenty of open parking and is in the middle of a well developed area full of restaurants, coffee houses & parks all within easy walking distance.
Dirdon station is 3 blocks away, along with Whole Foods
