We are launching a pilot homeschooling program for 1st t to 4th-grade student.
This program aims to extend the Leadways philosophy outside the traditional classroom, offering a personalized and enriching educational experience.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop a curriculum that aligns with Leadways School's philosophy, focusing on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) and character building.
* Employ experiential learning methods, encouraging curiosity, and critical thinking.
* Conduct activities that promote leadership skills and social responsibility.
* Regularly assess and report on the student’s progress, aligning with our focus on academic excellence and personal growth.
* Organize educational activities that foster real-world connections and community engagement.
* Maintain detailed records of the student’s academic and developmental milestones.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field, Master’s preferred.
* Valid elementary education teaching certification.
* 2+ years of teaching experience, with a background in 4th-grade education.
* Understanding of homeschooling methodologies, aligned with Leadways School's philosophy.
* Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.
* Independent, with a passion for innovative educational approaches.
