Pre-K and Recreational Coach

_Reports to: Program Director, HR Director, Owner_ *Job Description:* To provide a safe and fun learning environment for all participants in the Pre-K, Recreational & Tricksters Programs and to be leaders and mentors while teaching the fundamentals of the sport.
*Job Duties:* *Coaching* * Work through Lessons plans provided by program director each week * Ensure Athletes are properly using equipment * Teach safety procedures to athletes in order to help prevent injuries * Arrive *15 minutes* before first class to prepare and greet your class * Stay after your last class to ensure all children have been picked up * Report to your assignment before class (ex.
roll, greeter, warmup) *Administrative* * Record Roll for each class, marking if a child is present or absent * Notify a Manager or Office personal if a child is not on your roll sheet * Stay up to date on Skill Testing * Move up children appropriately whether it is bases on age or skill * Pass out any ribbons or accomplishment rewards to any athletes noted *Special Events* * Meets, Specialty Training and Traveling is a must *Additional Responsibilities* * Keep up to date on all requirements (CPR, First Aid, TB test) * Make sure USAG courses are active and renew if they expire * Clean and maintain the facility upon request * Required monthly training with program director Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.
