Aim Higher Adult Disability Services is seeking *Program Instructor(s)* to provide support and advocacy for adult persons with developmental disabilities.
Under the direct supervision of a Program Director, and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Instructor/Case Manager will develop, implement, and oversee daily activities designed to meet the Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals of the program consumers on an individual, group and program basis.
The Program Instructor is responsible for the ISP development and implementation of up to 25 consumers.

Primary Job Duties include:
* Be knowledgeable of and able to appropriately respond to the specific needs and unique qualities of each consumer enrolled in the Aim Higher Program.
* Direct supervision of all consumers assigned to specific program area during activity time
* Direct supervision of all consumers in the general program area during nonactivity time
* Direct supervision of all consumers while in a community based setting
* Strict adherence to all policies and procedures stated in the Employee Handbook
* Strict adherence to all policies and procedures related to personal, staff, and consumer safety
* Development of daily activity curriculum that is relevant to consumer needs/wants related to their ISP goals and objectives
* Implementation of activity curriculum that will allow for maximum involvement from both individual consumers as well as groups
* Development of monthly activity calendars
* Training and supervising Instructional Aide(s) in order to maximize activity efficiency and consumer satisfaction
* Overseeing the development and implementation of consumer ISPs
* Providing daily documentation on consumer progress
* Working with a Multidisciplinary Team to ensure overall program cohesion and consumer satisfaction
* Meeting with individual consumer support network on a bi-annual basis to ensure the ISP is appropriate and overall satisfaction level is above average.
* Contacting consumer support network on an as needed basis to ensure all relevant information is shared in a timely manner
* Timely, effective, and appropriate communication with the Program Director to ensure program, consumer, and personal objectives are being met
* Timely, effective, and appropriate communication with co-workers to ensure pertinent information is shared and understood
Job Requirements:
* Applicants must be HS Graduate or possess a GED or equivalent.
* Proof of clearance through the Department of Justice and the FBI via Live Scan
* Possession of a current valid California driver's license and/or Class II B license and a driving record, which meets the standards of the agency.
* Proof of passing a pre-placement physical and back assessment
* Proof of negative TB test within the past twelve (12) months
