The ideal candidate for this position has a background in coaching and mentoring, enjoys working with a variety of people, and is capable of inspiring and motivating others.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to create a positive environment, and the capacity to develop effective strategies for team success.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies.
* Teach and demonstrate proper techniques and skills.
* Monitor athletes' performance during practices and games.
* Motivate athletes to reach their full potential.
* Provide feedback to athletes on their performance.
* Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding athletes' progress.
* Develop team spirit and a positive attitude among athletes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.
00 - $55.
