PART TIME -OR- FULL TIME ART TEACHER NEEDED
Drawn2Art is a private art school, teaching fine art drawing and painting to students, ages 4 years - Adults, has a position open for a teacher for our Los Gatos studio.
We are looking for an artist with a background in realism, as we teach the use of graphite, charcoal, pastels, watercolors, acrylics and more.
We teach a classical, realistic approach, teaching still-life, realistic animals, the Masters, the figure, portraiture, landscapes, anime/cartooning & more.
Looking for a teacher who is also available for our Seasonal (during the school year) & Summer camps (during the months of mid-June through August).
Qualifications:
-Must be able to submit realistic drawing and painting in as many of the mediums and subject matter mentioned above.
-Any clay experience is great.
-Have a real affinity for, and good communication skills with children, teens, and adults.
-Team work is very important, growth opportunities in this position.

-Live no more than a thirty-minute drive from the studio.
-Be highly responsible, reliable, respectful, positive attitude, open communication.

-Must have a degree or working towards a degree in fine art drawing and painting, or working toward this degree.
-Must be available up to 5 days a week.
Most classes are in the afternoons/early evenings during the week and weekends are a full day.
During the summer, there will be an opportunity to teach camps, camps are run Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.
m.
