*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Possess a profound understanding of College-Level Organic Chemistry.
* Develop and execute engaging and comprehensive lectures, ensuring a dynamic learning experience for students.
* Implement effective teaching strategies to promote enhanced comprehension and retention of Organic Chemistry concepts.
* Create course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts, fostering a structured learning environment.
* Plan, assess, and refine curricula, course content, materials, and instructional methods for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to address and resolve teaching-related challenges.
* Select and procure course materials, such as textbooks, in consultation with center staff members and the management team.
* Reinforce student self-confidence and self-esteem through positive encouragement.
* Maintain organization and preparedness for each lecture, ensuring a seamless educational experience.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Master's or Ph.
D.
in a related field.
* Preference given to candidates with previous teaching experience at the college level.
* Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
