Summary
Assists qualified potential students through the admissions process.
Using established leads contacts students to obtain their approval to start the enrollment process.
Responsible for all phases of the student admissions process for enrollment at the University of Silicon Valley.
Duties and Responsibilities
Using established leads, contacts students to obtain their approval to start the enrollment process
Conducts in-person interviews with qualified candidates to explain USV’s academic programs and admissions requirements
Counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and student support services at the University
Assess potential students for ability to meet requirements to matriculate through graduation
Maintain full knowledge of USV’s curricula and all course offerings
Assist students in selecting the program that best fits the student’s needs and aspirations
Advise students on placement test scores and arrange for additional qualification procedures when needed
Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless student enrollment experience
Ensure USV policies and procedures are followed for enrollment and registration
Maintain enrollment management records and complete all standard reports
Track and adjust daily activities
Adheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as USV’s policies and procedures
Other duties and related projects as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent education and experience preferred
Experience:
One or more years of experience in admissions or a sales-related position required
Prior CRM experience
Experience with metrics and goals
Previous experience working as an account executive, sales representative, or admissions sales representative (May make you an excellent candidate for this role.
)

Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and weekends
