The School Campus Coordinator is a key role responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment at our educational institution.
This role requires an organized, proactive, and collaborative individual who can effectively coordinate multiple aspects of school operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Safety Management: *Maintain campus safety through regular protocol checks and updates.
*Event Planning:* Organize and oversee all campus events.
*Teacher Scheduling:* Work with faculty to optimize the teacher schedule.
*Financial Management: *Manage invoicing and billing for select programs.
*Facilities Coordination:* Oversee campus facilities, supplies, and room arrangements.
*Operational Tasks:* Handle daily opening/closing procedures of the school.
*Internal Communication:* Facilitate coordination and communication across different departments.
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Prior administrative experience, preferably in education.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace.

Pay: From $24.
