Reports to: Summer School Administration
Pay Rate: $4335 per session

Position Summary
Provide instruction for Biology 1 in two, three-week semesters.
Duties and Specific Responsibilities
Model for students the mission and values of Presentation High School.
Demonstrate subject matter competency and the ability to communicate that to middle school students.
Be available to students who need assistance.
Exercise professionalism always with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
A Single-Subject Teaching Credential and/or Master’s degree in a related field.
Knowledge and experience teaching students in this subject matter
Experience with high school students preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively to promote student learning.
Knowledge of the latest pedagogy for effective classroom instruction and student learning
Excellent organizational and communication skills
