what we do will always work
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Coach a minimum of 4-6 MADabolic classes per week
· Adequately prepare for class by memorizing and rehearsing the delivery of the workout, focus, and movements
· Demonstrate each movement with proper form while explaining the setup and how to perform the movement correctly
· Create a game plan for the warmup that appropriately primes the body for the workout
· Provide 1:1 movement corrections to clients during the workout
· Tidy up the training floor between classes
· Run sales transactions in MINDBODY
*Qualifications and Skills:*
· Must have an accredited training certification (StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1, BioForce Conditioning, USA Weightlifting, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.
) - not required at the time of application, but required by the time you teach classes
· Must be CPR certified

· Must be coachable and open to feedback
· Ability to travel to Charlotte, NC for a 2-day mid-week training camp
