We are looking for an outstanding technical training instructor and content developer with expertise in AI data center technologies to join NVIDIA’s training team.
In this role, you will lead the delivery and generation of technical content supporting NVIDIA's AI infrastructure and operations solutions and the related data center's compute, storage, server, and network technologies.

What you’ll be doing:
Training Delivery: Conduct face-to-face and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
Content Development: Develop training materials based on NVIDIA's innovative AI and data center technologies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external domain experts to draft course proposals aligned with market trends and customers' requirements.
Lab-Based Training: Build engaging lab-based training, incorporating diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises.
Feature Integration: Collaborate with SMEs to integrate key features of NVIDIA solutions into project-based learning experiences.
Instructor Support: Develop instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials.
Quality Assurance: Participate in internal test deliveries to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Actively seek feedback from students, and industry partners to enhance course content.
What we need to see:
Demonstrated ability to administer servers, manipulate Linux-based scripts (BASH, CSH, etc.
), install VMs, and manage storage arrays.
Proficiency in cloud-based Linux environments and familiarity with tools such as SLURM, Kubernetes, Docker containers, Git, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS, and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCloud) is crucial.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or an equivalent level of expertise and experience or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years of technical experience in data center-related technologies supporting AI such as storage, networking, and accelerated computing.
Proficiency in delivering training and presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English (sample requested).
Ability to work multi-functionally across various levels of a matrixed organization.
Ways to stand out:
Experience in delivering and developing in-depth hands-on and training for technical audiences.
Confirmed Experience with AI datacenter design, optimization, and management.
Experience in optimizing workloads with GPU, like CUDA, CuDNN and TensorRT.
A master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or an equivalent level of expertise and experience.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 235,750 USD.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
