HeadsUp! Montessori Preschool is currently seeking a full-time for our private preschool in San Jose.
The ideal candidate is a “star” who understands and loves children: warm, caring, sparkling, interested, enthusiastic, committed, creative, positive, and capable.
*Candidates must have at least 1 year of teaching experience with school-age.
A degree is not required, but preferred.
12 units of Early Childhood Education is preferred.
Full fluent language skills in writing, reading, and speaking English are required.
Montessori experience is a plus.

Compensation will be competitive, based upon the successful candidate’s credentials and experience.

The Headsup! Montessori Preschool is situated in the Central Park Plaza business park.
The preschool offers a five-day-per-week, full-time learning and care program for infants through preschoolers (ages 3-6 years).
It operates year-round, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, on a business calendar to accommodate working parents.
It is part of the Early Learning Institute (“ELI”), a Palo Alto-based educational organization with similar programs in Palo Alto.
The program of HeadsUp! Montessori preschool features an innovative approach to learning that is developmental and non-graded, providing a continuous and unique learning path for each child.
The curriculum, is individualized, recognizing each child’ unique pattern of growth, talents, and needs.
Our preschool is operated by Early Learning Institute, a Palo-Alto based educational organization that also operates another school and two other centers in the Bay Area (Pleasanton and Palo Alto).
