4th Grade Teacher

*Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the school curriculum - Provide instruction in various subjects such as Math, Science, English, and Social Studies - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere - Assess students' progress and provide feedback to support their academic development - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being - Utilize library services to enhance students' research skills and reading habits - Implement special education strategies to support students with diverse learning needs - Incorporate physical education activities to promote health and wellness among students *Qualifications:* - Dedicated follower of Christ - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus - State teaching certification or licensure preferred - Proficiency in childhood development principles and educational best practices - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Knowledge of education administration to contribute to school improvement initiatives - Experience in lesson planning tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners - Ability to provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed - Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment *General* We are a small church school where values and characters are shaped by Biblical standards.
