Experience:

- Valid teaching certification or license
- Proven experience in elementary education or related field
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and educational best practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in lesson planning, instructional design, and classroom management techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs or English language learners
