Swim Instructor

* *$25-$35/hr hourly pay + incentives, *depending on experience * *Preferred qualifications* * 2+ years swim instruction experience (performance assessment required) * Grasp of swim technique & teaching practices + willingness to learn more * Interest in attending professional development opportunities for your continued growth (first 10hrs paid at $20/hr and volunteer participation thereafter) * Previous knowledge of iClassPro admin/staff/customer portal * *Responsibilities * * Provide technique and conditioning swim lessons for ages 1-adult for 1-6 students at a time (our group clinic method onboarding provided) * Collaborate with co-directors & instructors to ensure consistency and efficacy * Set up and clean up materials when teaching * Communicate with students and families about goals and progress * Oversee student progress intervention, lesson & module planning and client satisfaction * Update iClassPro or alternate software with student notes/evaluations * If previous knowledge of iClassPro: registration support Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.
