At The Swim Pro our Instructors are considered the most valuable part of our team and your work will help us reach our goal that everyone can swim with The Swim Pro! The Swim Pro is a privately owned small business with a mission to help both adults and children conquer their water related fears and reach their swimming goals at their own pace.
We pride ourselves in doing things differently and taking a unique approach to teaching swimming that has become highly sought after.
The Swim Pro also gives back to the community by offering free monthly classes and *10% of all lesson fees are donated to support Charity: water.

\* *EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED* * Previous experience teaching children to swim is preferred, but we are willing to train * Experience teaching adults to swim is preferred, we will train you! * CPR, First Aid certification will be required post hire * Must be willing to teach only The Swim Pro Adult Method (*training provided $17.
60/hour*) * Must have a spirit of encouragement and patience and be willing to have fun * Must have consistent schedule of availability for 2-3 months at a time * Minimum of 2 years college education preferred * Previous personal swimming experience required *Hours: *Part-time: 5-30 hours per week, as desired.
We are looking for weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings.
*Year Round preferred, but will accept seasonal.
