Role Overview:
Needs Assessment Champion: As a vital team member, you'll spearhead the creation of a comprehensive needs assessment, identifying critical gaps and opportunities within the existing learning framework.
Content Conductor: Working closely with subject matter experts, you'll orchestrate the organization of current content while generating fresh, engaging materials to enhance the learning experience across various topics.
Diverse Learning Landscape: Your creative touch will extend across various modalities, with a predominant focus on eLearning.
Your design flexibility will ensure an optimal learning journey for every participant.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 1.
5 months with the possibility of extension
Hours: 40 hours per week; availability during standard business hours required
Location: Virtual, with an ideal preference for candidates located on the East Coast to facilitate collaboration with European partners.
Experience Required:
Proven expertise in instructional design, demonstrating the ability to create compelling training materials.
Proficiency in needs assessments and content development.
Strong experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools like Camtasia.
Solid understanding and experience with ADDIE.
Capacity to provide informed recommendations and implement best practices in instructional design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Must be able to share work samples during an interview.
Nice to Have Experience:
Background in manufacturing and safety.
Familiarity with Workday Learning.
Previous experience in developing sales training.
