We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer to collaborate with their Medical Operations team and contribute to various learning initiatives supporting medical, manufacturing, and technical training projects.
In this role, you will work on multiple projects, turning process documents and whitepapers into interactive eLearning modules using Storyline and Rise.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design, particularly with blended learning approaches.
Expertise in learning strategy, with the ability to make recommendations during the project intake process.
Experience creating software simulations and eLearning interactions.
Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
Able to choose the appropriate depending on the need.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality instructional content.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technologies.
A strong portfolio of relevant work samples.
Start Date: April 2024
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: 100% Virtual
The pay range is $55 to $60 per hour.
Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
