We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors.
As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for campers while providing them with fun and memorable experiences.
```Duties:```
- Plan and lead a variety of camp activities, including sports, arts and crafts, games, and nature exploration
- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
- Teach and educate campers in various skills such as martial arts, swimming, basketball, and judo
- Assist campers in developing their physical abilities through activities like climbing and physical education
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive camper behavior
- Supervise campers during meals, rest periods, and recreational activities
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
```Skills:```
- Experience working with children or students in a camp or educational setting
- Knowledge or experience in martial arts, swimming, basketball, judo, or other sports coaching
- Strong behavior management skills to ensure a safe and positive environment for campers
- Ability to educate and teach campers new skills in a fun and engaging manner
- Physical fitness and ability to participate in outdoor activities with campers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with campers, parents, and fellow staff members
