*Cosmetology Instructor for High School Students \*URGENT\**
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dedicated Cosmetology Instructor to join our high school program.
This role involves teaching high school students the foundational skills and techniques of cosmetology, preparing them for a successful career in the beauty industry.
The instructor will deliver hands-on basic lessons in hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and skin care.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement a comprehensive cosmetology curriculum for high school students.
* Teach simple techniques in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and basic skin and nail care.
* Monitor and report on student progress and conduct practical assessments.
* Ensure compliance with state cosmetology license requirements.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
* Engage with students to foster a positive learning experience and encourage creativity.
*Summer Program Schedule: *
* June 10th to July 12th
* 2 days a week
* two different locations
*Qualifications:*
* Valid cosmetology instructor license or ability to obtain one before commencement.
* Proven experience in cosmetology, with a strong portfolio of skills.
* Prior teaching experience, especially at the secondary education level, is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate teenagers.
* Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry trends.
