What we're looking for: An Assistant Dean of Nursing at our San Jose Campus.
Do you have a passion for education and seeing students thrive? Carrington College's Assistant Dean of Nursing will provide executive leadership over the nursing program at the campus and will contribute to meeting educational outcome goals and growth through the proper management of the college's resources.
The Dean organizes, supervises and directs a professional staff, including full-time and part-time faculty, to ensure curricula are current and consistently delivered in an environment and manner conducive to learning in accordance with college objectives.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $120,000-$135,000 per year.

Qualifications:
BSN Degree required
Have completed a course or courses offered by an approved school with instruction in administration, teaching, and curriculum development
Current CA License
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a RN; *one year shall be in teaching or clinical supervision, or a combination thereof, in a state approved RN or Vocational or Practical Nursing, or psychiatric technician school within the last 5 years *or a minimum of 3 years experience in nursing administration or nursing education within the last 5 years.
