We provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences in Coding, Robotics, Game Design, and more, directly at schools.

*Position Summary:*
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Substitute Instructors to join our team on an on-call basis.
This role is perfect for individuals who are flexible, enthusiastic about teaching, and have a strong desire to inspire young minds in the world of STEAM.
As a Substitute Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of introductory classes, including but not limited to Spheros, Micro:bits, Scratch coding, Intro to Python, and LEGO robotics.
This position offers first-hand experience in engaging students and igniting their interest in STEAM careers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver engaging STEAM lessons to groups of 3-15 students per class, in-person at local schools during after-school hours.
* Prepare and set up necessary instructional materials and equipment for each class.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
* Maintain a positive and energetic learning environment.
* *Can be available to substitute for classes during after-school hours, typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

* Complete a background check and TB test prior to employment.
*Qualifications:*
* *Fun and Positive attitude.
*
* Loves working with kids.
* Passion for STEAM education and working with children in grades K-8.
* Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with coding, robotics, game design, or any related STEAM activities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities.
* Must be flexible, reliable, and available to work on an on-call basis during after-school hours.
