We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Coach/Instructor to join our team at Bytes and Notes, LLC.
As a Dance Coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students of all ages and skill levels in various dance disciplines.
Whether you specialize in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, or any other style, we welcome your expertise and dedication to help our students thrive in their dance journey.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute engaging dance lessons tailored to students' skill levels and ages.
* Teach proper dance techniques, including posture, alignment, footwork, and choreography.
* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and reach their goals.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported.
* Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate performances, competitions, and other events.
* Stay updated on current dance trends, techniques, and industry developments to continuously enhance teaching methods.
* Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding class schedules, progress reports, and any upcoming events.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes and rehearsals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a dance instructor or coach, with a strong background in one or more dance styles.
* Excellent knowledge of dance theory, terminology, and teaching methodologies.
* Passion for dance education and a commitment to fostering students' creativity, confidence, and discipline.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to adapt teaching techniques to accommodate students with different learning styles and abilities.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teaching and mentoring dancers of all ages.
* Certification or formal training in dance education is preferred but not required.

Pay: $54,000.
