We are looking for an Epic Instructional Designer (Cadence & Referrals) for a 12-month hybrid contract role in San Jose, CA.
**Successful candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to go W2**
PAY RATE:
$80-$90 / hr (remote)
$105-$120 / hr (onsite)
Rate is negotiable based on work schedule.
Position is primarily remote but will be required to come onsite to provide training from time to time.
OVERVIEW:
Resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Epic-based training for Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals).
Resource will train new hires, provide training upgrades, communicate system changes, maintain the Epic training environment, and support the upcoming implementation of Point of Sale with Chase InstaMed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop training plan.
Develop curriculum.
Develop eLearning.
Credentialing of new instructors.
Provide classroom training of end users.
Log class completion in HealthLearning.
Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
Maintain training environment.
Write and send monthly communications with end users.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Epic’s Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
Certifications:
Epic Cadence Curriculum.
Epic Training Environment Build.
Epic Tapestry or strong understanding of referrals (preferred).
