_Skyhawks South Bay_ is looking for high school and college students or recent college graduates who have an interest in sports and want to get experience with coaching youth sports.
We’re new franchise owners with 7 years of direct Skyhawks Coaching and Area Managing experience looking to grow the team with fun, engaging, and passionate athletes!
Our sport program offerings include but not limited to:
\*Badminton \*Baseball \*Basketball \*Cheerleading \*Flag Football \*Golf \*Lacrosse \*Multi-Sport \*Soccer \*Tennis \*Track & Field \*Volleyball (and more!)
Our sport programs offerings run at local community centers, affiliate parks, and cities in the South Bay Area: Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, Saratoga, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Wastonville.
Skyhawks partners with community-based organizations to provide youth the opportunity to enrich their sports skills by participating in safe, positive and non-competitive programs and camps.
Over 45 years of experience have helped to build a menu of programs as varied as our young athletes.
From traditional summer programs to year-round athletics and leagues, Skyhawks offers it all!
Program Director and Coach positions are available.
Skyhawks participants range from age 3 to 14.
Each programs’ director and coach will work together to prepare and execute a schedule full of fun, skill-based activities for our participants.
Skyhawks is looking for sports-oriented individuals who are highly-motivated, energetic people that enjoy working with children.
Applicants must have high-school varsity level experience playing and/or coaching, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the South Bay area.
Skyhawks requires Directors to be First Aid and CPR certified and Coaches to be First Aid Certified prior to their first program.
All staff must complete a Live Scan fingerprinting process to meet our background check requirements.

Hourly Requirements/Expectations:
* Program Director/Coach: 15-30 hours/week (In-Person)
Pay Rates:
* Program Director: $18.
50-22/hour
* Program Coach: $17.
55-18.
50/hour
Benefits - Program Director/Coach:
* Season completion bonus compensation (up to 4x a year)
* Referral bonus compensation
* Summer to Year-Round Retention Bonus
* Gas mileage reimbursement for 10+ miles one-way
