You will be joining the team that architects the design tool infrastructure for all of NVIDIA’s system product designs! We enable the design of system products cover a diverse array of applications from supercomputers to autonomous vehicles to consumer video gaming platforms.
To enable the product design, we need a sophisticated library of component data, that is well-curated, comprehensive and current.
What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a leader for the curation of the components accepted into the library, including regularly culling the repository for obsolete, unnecessary and inaccurate data.
To accomplish this, you will define the processes for entering data into the library, with an emphasis on efficient data entry without compromise on data quality.
We work with the CAD tool developers to ensure that data in the library is available in the needed views, especially in support of automated processes.
This role will supervise and report on the health of the library and its related processes.
What we need to see:
6+ years of proven experience.
BS CS/CE/EE or related field or equivalent experience.
Understanding of the creation and verification of at least one of: electrical schematic symbols, physical design “layout” symbols, or 3D mechanical models.
Knowledge/experience with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems.
Strong understanding of database functionality.
Familiar with automation within common operating systems (Windows/Linux) experience, by being facile with scripting languages such as Python.
Creativity, passion, a positive demeanor and the ability to learn sophisticated concepts in a fast-paced environment!
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate effective partnership with members of different world-wide design locations.
The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 287,500 USD.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
