We are looking for an exceptional technical training content developer and instructor with expertise in AI and Data Science to join NVIDIA’s training team.
In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of technical content supporting NVIDIA's AI and data science products and services.
This content encompasses hands-on workshops, instructor-led sessions, and e-learning materials.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop training materials based on NVIDIA's innovative AI and data science technologies.
Conduct face-to-face and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners.
Willing to travel up to 25% is required.
Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft course proposals aligned with market trends and customers' requirements.
Create engaging lab-based training, incorporating diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises.
Collaborate with SMEs to integrate key features of NVIDIA solutions into project-based learning experiences.
Develop instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials.
Participate in internal test deliveries to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Actively seek feedback from students, and industry partners to enhance course content.
What we need to see:
8+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, engineering, or an equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages (sample code is requested).
Familiarity with parallel programming, such as CUDA, is advantageous.
5+ years of experience in modern deep learning software architecture and frameworks, which may encompass Caffe, TensorFlow, cuDNN, PyTorch.
Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models) and transformer-based models is helpful.
3+ years of experience in Data Scientist software such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, RAPIDS, and Triton Inference Server related solutions.
Proficiency in delivering training and presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English (sample requested).
Ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Background in creating in-depth hands-on and training for technical audiences.
Experience delivering high-quality technical training workshops to professional technical audiences.
Development experience in cloud-based Linux environments and tools such as Docker containers, Kubernetes, and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCloud).
Proven experience optimizing workloads with GPU, like CUDA, CuDNN and TensorRT as well as proficiency with server-side and networking administration skills.
A master's degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, engineering, or an equivalent level of expertise and experience.

The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 235,750 USD.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
