Epic Instructional Designer and Trainer (Cadence, Tapestry) (Hybrid, Santa Clara, CA)
We are looking for an Epic Instructional Designer and Trainer for our client, a County in the State of California.
The focus of this role is to design, develop, and deliver Epic-based training for Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals) and to train new hires, provide training upgrades, communicate system changes, maintain the Epic training environment, and support the upcoming implementation of Point of Sale.
This contract position is long-term with funding approved every 12 months (extensions likely), 40 hours per week.
This is a hybrid role mostly remote but requires onsite visits to provide training from time to time at our client's offices in San Jose, CA.
The preferred candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay area, within a commutable distance of the offices in Santa Clara, CA.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee.

Responsibilities:
Develop training plan, curriculum, eLearning, and credentialing of new instructors.
Provide classroom training of end users.
Log class completion in HealthLearning.
Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
Maintain training environment.
Write and send monthly communications with end users.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Epic's Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
Experience with Tapestry, specifically a strong understanding of Referrals
Proven experience with developing training plan, curriculum and training users on Epic Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals)
Certifications in Epic Cadence Curriculum, Epic Training Environment Build and Epic Tapestry
