Youth Evolution Basketball & Soccer is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Youth Sports Coaches to provide fun and safe sporting experiences for our youth.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing basic sports strategies and ensuring all children learn sports fundamentals, while having fun.

To ensure success as a YEB Coach, you should have experience working with youth, knowledge of basic sports strategies, and good communication skills.

Youth Sports Coach Responsibilities:
* ● Designing and implementing sporting strategies.
* ● Maintaining sports equipment.
* ● Working to improve group unity and sportsmanship.
* ● Ensuring all children remain engaged in the activities.
* ● Emphasizing skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship.
* ● Setting realistic and age-appropriate expectations for group members.
* ● Ensuring proper sideline behavior from parents.
* ● Ensuring the safety of the group during class.
* ● Head Coaches
* ● Assistant Coaches
* ● Event Coaches
* ● Substitute Coaches
Youth Sports Coach Requirements:
* ● Current High School Students, High school diploma or GED.
* ● Know some knowledge of the Sport (Willing to train).
* ● Passion for youth development.
* ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* ● Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* ● Patient and understanding.
* ● Reliable Transportation.
