Free truck tool box - needs repair (san jose west)

Does anyone want to take this and fix it? Fits in the back of a 2002 Ford F-150.
Has a crack/hole on one side at the bottom, shown in the pictures.
You will need to bring two people to take it out and carry it.
We are near Valley Fair Westfield mall in west San Jose.
