Antique pie crimper (Sunnyvale)

Pie crimping tool - I guess you roll it around the edge of a pie crust and it cuts the excess crust while simultaneously crimping the top and bottom crusts together.
I thought this was cool and bought it years ago but now I’m reducing stuff in my house and would be happy to pass it on to someone else.
