Hi! I'm Allegra and I'm a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and Personal Trainer (CPT).
I create customized diet and exercise programs for my clients based on their unique goals.
Whether you want to Lose Weight or Tone Up, I have you covered.
With my Coaching Services you will receive access to my App where you will find your plans, which include videos and written descriptions of each exercise so you know exactly what to do.
You will check in with me weekly for Accountability and so I can make any necessary adjustments to keep you making progress.
You will have support from me whenever you need with the ability to send me messages through the app.
