Available for patient or elder care services in Santa Clara County, full time, Monday through Friday, during the day, $30.
00 per hour or negotiable depending on duties and patient condition.
Negotiable at different times, if the patient goes to the emergency room or is hospitalized.
Special attention to details, organization, hand washing, use of gloves.
Job Duties: Measure blood pressure, glucose, temperature, oxygenation, medication preparation, transfer using Hoyer lift and Gait Belt, posture changes, medical appointments, errands, pharmacy.
Preparing Food and Feeding, Bathing, Shaving, Toilet, Cutting Fingernails and Toes, Light Cleaning, Laundry, Company, Entertainment.
All of the above according to priorities and depending on the patient's condition and needs.
Job Requirements I have:
Legality to work in the USA
Driver's license and insurance.
Health insurance.
COVID and Influenza Vaccines
Background check every 2 years, with renewal of care provider registration for Santa Clara County.
Personal and work references, registration numbers and evidence of certifications available upon request.
