I make sure you are safe, gaining strength while still staying flexible.
I will guide you not only on training but also on diet & healthy nutrition as well.
My sessions are customized 1 hour workout sessions at your home or gym.
If you dont have home space or gym membership, don't worry, you can accompany me to my gym where I train others as well.
