I provide personal strength training services.
I will teach you proper form and techniques in the following areas:
-Deadlifting
-Squating
-Bench pressing
-Strength exersses for: Arms, back, glutes, core, chest, hamstrings, quads, calfs, tibs, feet, hip adductors, hip abductors, shoulders, and more!
-Hip Mobility work to target inactive/weak muscles
-Kettlebell, band, and chain techniques
I can educate you on fat loss methods and overall fitness and strength training knowledge.
We can workout at the gym (you'll come with me for free (buddy pass) to 24Hr Fitness)
Workout at a park (I'll bring some equipment)
Workout at your home (using your equipment or mine)
Workout at my home garage gym
$40/session - Sessions will be a minimum of 45 minutes.
I'm available from 6-730AM and 3:30PM-9PM
