Overnight caregiver/nurse (saratoga)

Overnight female caregiver/nurse looking for household position @ approximately $500 per night.
I know how to work a ventilator, G-tube, and I get charged out at $150 per hour by my agency.
I know insurance only covers so much and it is never enough.
After insurance runs out a lot of families cannot afford the high agency rates but still need the overnight help for their loved ones.
