Reliable, affordable, and super nice! I have used Mr.
Torres twice now, and I'm 100% positive he is my go to person for home repair, electrical repair, and all sorts of installations.
I've decided he is my go-to for everything as long as I am in SJ.
This a list of things he has done for me:
-- store mounted A/C for winter
-- hang utility shelf
-- remove stripped bolt from ceiling stud
-- install ceiling mount exercise equipment
-- revisit to fix said equipment after I abused it
-- install complicated light switch

Cesar did great work.
TLDR; I'd call him again for handyman work and recommend to friends.
Things I appreciated:
* Clean and tidy - Cesar showed up with booties on.
No dust trekked in.
He cleaned up after work was complete as well.
I just vacuumed for dust.
* Available on short notice and on time with a txt 20 min ahead.
* Put up with my questions - I know nothing about electrical which is why we called a handyman for shower fan/light and dining table chandelier installation help.
I wanted to learn a bit tho so I hung around to see how the installs went.
Cesar explained what he was doing and pointed out relevant pieces.
* Price on quote - He charged exactly what he quoted over the phone despite the shower fan/light install taking longer than anticipated.
* Clearly knowledgeable and experienced.
Ultimately I'm paying for expertise and know-how.
Cesar is clearly a professional.
