Found bike (san jose downtown)

Found bike.
Was left in front yard this morning in Civic Center neighborhood between Hensley and Hyde Park neighborhoods found Saturday 4/20 with a kryptonite lock and a rear tire brake lock that looks like it had been partially cut off.
Please describe the bike if you are missing a bike that may have gotten stolen last night.
